Life in 360 is a center for wellbeing and personal growth in Poblenou (Barcelona), founded by Miry Kornhauser, a Gestalt therapist who gives workshops for personal growth. The idea which guides us is that a good mental health requires a balance between the different aspects, the whole 360° of our life: Relationships, work, social encounters, free time, me time, physical exercise, something which today is defined as Flow. The humanistic psychology believes that a person needs to reach self-fulfillment and in order to do so, that they need a space which will allow it, both inner space and a physical space. Life in 360 aims to be that space for you. We offer various activities which improve well-being and we rent out our space on an hourly basis to any person who facilitates activities which promote well-being.
