Concillar is a coworking space with integrated childcare, designed for families who want to balance parenthood and professional life without having to give up either.

While you work with focus in our coworking space, your little ones are cared for by trained professionals specialized in early childhood, under the guidance of our co-founder Lu — a pedagogue, educational psychologist, and certified parenting educator, with a focus on positive and respectful parenting.

Super Flex: Ideal for sporadic visits.

The Super Flex Plan is designed for families who need maximum flexibility. You can use our coworking and childcare services on the days and times that work best for you — no fixed schedule required. It's perfect for those with changing routines or who just need support from time to time.

You can book per hour or enjoy discounted hour bundles in advance:

Single hour: €15/hour

10-hours bundle: €135 (equivalent to €13.50/hour)

20-hours bundle: €240 (equivalent to €12/hour)

Notes for Super flex:

You have up to 2 months to use the hours bundle.
Book at least 2 hours before the visit via whatsapp (+34 638 523 330).

While the Super Flex Plan is built to give you flexibility, it is important to note that children thrive with routine, familiar faces, and a sense of belonging. Sporadic use can make adaptation harder, affecting sleep, meals, and comfort. For your child's well-being, we recommend regular and consistent attendance whenever possible.

Concillar is an innovative space that combines coworking and childcare, offering a real solution for parents who want to work with focus and peace of mind while their children are welcomed in a safe and stimulating environment. Our coworking area is quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for parents who want to focus on their work while staying close to their children. We also offer meeting rooms, a multifunction room for events and group activities and even two siesta pods (because as moms ourselves, we know exactly what a sleepless night feels like!) We created Concillar because we understand the challenges of balancing career and parenting, especially for expatriate families. More than just a coworking space with childcare, we are a community where families support each other, and both adults and children feel valued. Our plans include: – Recurrent Plan - designed to help you build a consistent routine – Super Flex plan - gives you the freedom to come whenever you need – Casal de verano - with a new theme every week and activities of arts, movement, nature, storytelling, creative cooking and a lot more! We’re open from 9:00 to 20:00, so you can come on the days and times that work best for you. Whether you want to stay productive after school pickup, need a few quiet hours during the week, or need to work full time, we’re here to support your rhythm — as an alternative to nursery or simply as a complement after hours.
