Kids (6-8)

These classes last 55 minutes and are created in such a way that students enjoy and improve their physical condition, motor skills, and personal development. They will discover their most creative side with the combination of the disciplines of aerial fabrics, hoop, trapeze and pole while getting in shape, helping their peers and overcoming their fears. Classes feature a 15-minute warm-up, a basic learning part of the aerial apparatus, and some final stretches.
