RPGMaker is a program that allows you to create rpgs (role-playing games) in 2D without the need for programming, and that uses Ruby or JavaScript as the programming language. It has an attractive interface and the results it generates are scalable to various platforms.
The RPGMaker environment allows us to customize every aspect of our games through an easy interface, making it a very interesting tool for both novice and more experienced game creators.
In this course the student will learn to:
- Install and run the RPGMaker environment
- Understand the structure of RPGMaker games.
- Create game maps.
- Create the game characters.
- Create equipment and game elements.
- Create interactions with game enemies.
