Casal de Cocina La patente

This course is aimed at young people from 12 to 16 years old. It is an introductory course to market cuisine in several sessions. It will consist of a theoretical part to know the characteristics of the foods with which we will work and a practical part where the young people will cook the preparations. We will talk about the different types of meat, fish, legumes, nutritional values ​​of each ingredient, how to recognize and buy a good product, cutting and cooking techniques, etc. Each workshop consists of a more theoretical part and then several recipes are cooked per session with the type of ingredient with which we are working, taking home 1 serving of each of the recipes that we have prepared. Thanks to the great informative skills of our chef, we will be able to learn and assimilate a lot of knowledge and practice intensively, while we have a good time and learn to cook healthy, tasty and elaborate recipes. In addition, we have news! In this edition we include an "escape room" activity so that our young people can fully enjoy a new gastro experience! The special touch will be a collaboration with the family Escape Room THE CUBE, which has designed one of its games especially for our kitchen: puzzles, riddles, mysterious ingredients and hidden recipes will be part of that themed day, set in the world of "Harry Potter ”.
